Hello, hello! I'm Dylan and I am a self taught digital artist and amateur voice actor.I usually spend my time drawing characters and backgrounds, playing action RPG games or visual novels, or cosplaying.I create stories based on my own characters occasionally and when I'm not working on a project, I'm usually starting a new one.

Terms of Service

Artist Terms

  • I retain all rights to the final artwork and all preliminary materials including but not limited to the rights towards: distribution and reproduction of the art, display on public sites and portfolios, self promotion, commission examples, etc. I own the artwork and the client cannot redistribute it without permission.

  • I have the right to decline any commission.

  • I have the right to ask clients to take down any of my art off their profiles.

  • I have the right to change my TOS any time, but updates will not apply to any commissions made before the update. When TOS is updated, this page will list the most recent update.

Client Terms

  • Clients may NOT trace, sell, or use any part of their commission for NFTs, digital currencies, AI image generators, or any other future version of aforementioned technologies.

  • Clients should provide clear references for commissions or clear and detailed descriptions of what they want when first ordering the commission to limit major changes.

  • Clients are allowed 2 major alterations to their commission during the sketch phase. If any major changes are requested, client should expect extra time spent on the artwork.

  • Clients should respond to updates in a timely manner within 3 working days to review any updates and request changes. I will send a reminder at the end of those 3 days, but if no response is gathered again, I will continue on with my process and major changes will not be allowed once sketching is finalized.

  • Clients may request updates on their commission, however they must wait at least 2 days before requesting another update.

  • Clients may not alter their commissions.

Commission Terms

  • All commissions are for personal use only and must credit me if I consent to having in redistributed / used in profiles.

  • All commissions will have a small signature/watermark of my own that CANNOT be removed, hidden or altered in any way.

  • Below is the same list of things I can/will and can't/won't draw as previously shown.

  • To request a commission when they have opened, please reach out to me via Instagram or X (formerly Twitter) so we can continue discussing. I may ask you for your Discord username but I will not share it with anyone else. My other socials are listed below.
